Sure. So I recently left CloudTech Industries where I was a Senior CRM Analyst for about three years. I was really focused on Salesforce implementation and optimization there. I'm looking for a role where I can take on more strategic responsibility, ideally leading CRM initiatives and maybe managing a small team.

That sounds perfect for what we're discussing. Can you walk me through some of the key projects you worked on at CloudTech? I'm particularly interested in your Salesforce experience.

Absolutely. One of the biggest projects was migrating from their legacy CRM to Salesforce. I led the technical implementation, worked with different departments to understand their workflows, and created custom objects and automation rules. We also integrated it with their marketing automation platform and set up comprehensive reporting dashboards using Tableau.

Impressive. What about team leadership experience? Have you managed people before?

Yes, in my last role I managed a team of four CRM analysts. I was responsible for their development, project allocation, and making sure we hit our quarterly goals. I really enjoyed the mentoring aspect and helping junior team members grow their technical skills, especially with API integrations and workflow automation.

That's exactly what we're looking for. Our client, TechFlow Solutions, is looking for someone who can build their CRM strategy from the ground up. Now, regarding salary expectations - what range are you considering?

I was earning £58k in my previous role. I'm looking for something in the £62-68k range, depending on the benefits package and growth opportunities. I'm really more interested in finding the right cultural fit and opportunity to make an impact.
